These terms apply when you browse or buy from nawtynawtyusa.com. They supplement any store-specific terms already shown on this page. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not waived by these terms.
Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images, packaging, colours and manufacturer presentation may vary. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept the order. We may correct obvious errors, withdraw products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown or calculated before the order is submitted where required. Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. A payment authorisation, reservation or third-party payment session does not by itself mean we have accepted the order.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept an order when we send an acceptance or fulfilment confirmation. Returns, refunds and damaged goods

Payment failures, incomplete checkouts and order recovery
Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed by the relevant payment provider and we have confirmed acceptance. If a card or other method is declined, required authentication is not completed, or a third-party provider does not confirm payment, the order may remain pending, fail or be cancelled.
Where available, we may keep the basket or unpaid order available for a limited period and provide a secure way to resume checkout or retry payment, including another available payment method. Products, prices, delivery options, taxes and promotions are rechecked when you return and are not guaranteed until the order is accepted.
Third-party payment methods are subject to the provider’s own eligibility, approval and terms. If payment continues to fail, you may need to contact your issuer or payment provider, or contact our customer-service team. We will never ask you to send full card details by email.
We may cancel an unpaid or incomplete order after a reasonable period. Information about recovery communications and the personal data used for them is set out in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
